Complaints Process
Métis Family Services strives to support the rights of families, as well as children and youth in care, by empowering them with a voice and providing them with the best possible support.
If you have any concern regarding your interactions with Métis Family Services, please discuss them first with your MFS worker, and
the program Team Leader.
If you feel that your concern has not been adequately resolved, please follow our formal Complaints Process (resources on the right).
